What happens after school transfer is approved?

After the school he/she is registered to approves the transfer process, he/she will go to the Transfer Admission Process Confirmation screen of the school he/she wants to transfer to. On this screen, the class/branch and student number required for the new school will be entered and now the new student of the school to which the transfer is requested will be entered.

Student Transfers

Article 68- For transfers to be made from abroad and from public schools to private schools, the application is made to the private school directorate where the student wishes to study. In transfers between private secondary schools, the application is made by the parents to the school where the student is studying. The school directorate sends the student's behavior grade and year-end grade point average to the school directorate to which they want to transfer, together with the document showing the excuse of the student. Upon the positive letter to be received, a certificate of approval is issued and the transfer process is carried out. Transfers between private primary schools are made according to the legislation of public schools.

Article 95- Those who want to transfer to secondary schools and high schools are subject to the following conditions.

d) Educational documents of those who are transferred to our country while studying in foreign countries are examined by the Ministry and their status of continuing education is determined.
