With the awareness that the concept of 'Lifelong Education' is a phenomenon that should be established in all individuals from very young ages to advanced ages, we regularly organize trainings for all staff of our institution, especially teachers. We organize trainings at certain times every week on Montessori education for our pre-school teachers, applied education with Science and Art for our primary school teachers, and the use of the spiral education method in all branches for our secondary school teachers. For our administrative staff, we organize trainings in areas such as effective communication with children, maintaining team spirit, and time management.
