Primary School

Developing Students' Behavior Models The purpose of the education focused on 6 values (Awareness, Empathy, Self-Confidence, Team Spirit, Creativity, Lifelong Learning) in student development is to develop well-based behavioral models in children. In order to reflect these values in every behavior of the children in the school, not only the teachers but also the whole team contributes.

Creative and Questioning Teaching As an individual grows up, he begins to question the events happening around him, animate and inanimate objects and nature. The important thing is not to destroy the questioning ability inherent in us adults and to make questioning a motivating form of behavior for students as school teachers and management on everything from art to mathematics, music to nature experiments in order for them to become more questioning individuals. Based on the fact that questioning individuals will be creative individuals, if the creativity and inquiry-oriented educational model to be used in the content of art, science and social courses will make an important contribution to drawing children's lives with this philosophy throughout their lives. Internalization of Respect and Responsibility-Oriented Education If a person grows up with a culture that can empathize at a young age and knows how to respect others, he will be able to be more sensitive, helpful and responsible to society when he becomes an adult. The internalization of these two values will be ensured by the rules that will be set in the school and by touching the lives of the students and explaining the topics selected in the lessons during the education.

Responsibilities of School Administration and Teachers for Ensuring Equality of Education among All Students in the Implementation of the Finnish Education Method

1- Care is taken to give in-class trainings by forming teams. Since not every student can learn every lesson at the same time, the teacher develops a culture of knowledge sharing among students by working in teams. In this way, every student in the classroom perceives the subject of the lesson.

2- Every student's learning tendency is different. Considering this difference, the teacher determines the in-class education practices.

3- School management and teachers develop teaching techniques that increase the motivation of children with learning disabilities.
