When we look at the history of humanity, the fact that children were raised in nature in an order where physical movements were used intensively, when they were only two years old, was integrated with the movement-oriented genes in nature from our ancestors. By eating the right foods and doing sports, we make our minds clearer. Especially if we improve ourselves in a sport and do that sport for life, we will create hobbies that will keep our minds healthy for life. Gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, cricket and tennis …. What exciting sports.. Having sports events at our school on weekends will allow us to focus on one place without distraction elsewhere.
