SCHOOL SERVICE BUS RULES


The contract made with the service provider is submitted to the National Education Ministry by the school administration. The school administration inspects the vehicle's regular maintenance and the authorization certificates of the hostess and driver. Detailed cleaning is done every day in the service bus. Disinfectant products are available in certain areas within the service for children to use while getting on and off. The service hostess carefully observes the students during the journey. While the service bus takes students from their homes in the mornings, students are required to wait in front of their homes. The service bus waits for students who are not ready for a maximum of 2 minutes. The driver calls the parent 5 minutes before the service approaches. On the days when the student will not come to school, the parent informs the service bus company and the school administration. The service picks up and leaves each child on time. The service driver uses his vehicle at a speed not exceeding 40 km per hour. It slows down in bumps. It fully complies with the traffic rules. Parent pays for the service on the days when the child is absent. The service driver has to keep his vehicle clean. Smoking is not allowed with or without students in the vehicle.

SCHOOL’S SAFETY RULES


All units in the garden and building of our school are monitored by camera recordings recorded for 24 hours. At the beginning of the year, parents present the identification information and references of the people they designate as the authorized person in the registration form file. Apart from these authorized people on the list, nobody can pick students from school.

Three teachers are on duty in the upper corridors, gymnasium and garden during break times. In order to prevent our children from slipping and falling, the floor cleaning is done during the absence of students. Garden toys are maintained once a month to ensure that children are not harmed during play. The security officer waits at the gate at the entrance and exit hours of the school. Foreign people who do not have an appointment or people bringing documents or materials from outside, are not admitted. Deliveries are made outside the school. The door is kept closed at all times.


STUDENTS RULES


  • Students come to school with their school uniforms. Only Friday is a free dress day.
  • Students keep their classes clean and tidy during the day. When leaving the classes in the afternoon, they organize and clean the whole class.
  • Students use the toilets properly . They use the water and towels, toilet paper consciously in order to prevent water and paper consumption.
  • In the classroom, teachers follow the classroom rules while lecturing.
  • During breaks, students play their games in harmony with their friends.
  • They communicate in the right language. They keep their empathy high while expressing themselves.
  • During the meal in the cafeteria, they take as much food on their plates as they eat. After the meal, they place their plates in the dirty plates, spoons, forks and knives.
  • They come and go to school on time.
  • They use school books and stationery materials without damaging them.
  • They do their teachers' homework without help.
  • They organize their notebooks, books and pens in their bags before coming to school.
  • They take care to keep their clothes clean.
  • They exhibit respectful and tolerant behavior towards each other, school staff and teachers.
  • They are sensitive to school pets and vegetable growing areas.
  • They avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
  • They include their new classmates in their group.
  • They make their preparations for special events at the school.
  • They will not ask for a change in the lunch and snack menus. They take care not to differentiate between meals. They do not bring food from outside.

PARENTS RULES


  • When they want to meet with the officials of the institution or course teachers, parents are requested to make an appointment with the reasons for the meeting.
  • Parents follow weekly news and announcements. If there is a project they need to prepare with their children, they will support it.
  • They take care of their children's breakfast and other personal needs before they come to school in the morning.
  • When they want to respond to the announcements made by the teachers on the whats app, they write to the teacher from their private line.
  • They do not contact the teacher or the school administration after 19:00 in the evening and on weekends.
  • They do not object to or request changes to the course and object to grades that teachers see fit.
  • They notify the special problems and requests about the student by writing to the teacher, not from collective whatsapp groups. If they cannot get an answer, they request an appointment from the school administration to solve their problems.
  • They do not share their positive or negative opinions about the school in parent whatsapp groups. They are aware that Whatsapp groups are created only for mass announcements.
  • Since the school is garden and nature oriented, they send their children's additional clothes ready in their bags. They do not demand that their children are not taken to the garden.
  • They do not want any changes in the education curriculum determined by the school administration and teachers. They do not make requests such as not processing the issue or postponing it on days when their children are away from school.
  • They inform the teacher on the days when the student will not come to school.
  • They do not make gifts for teachers or school staff, collectively or individually.
  • By applying the education that their children receive at school, they have the awareness that education will only yield successful results with team spirit.
  • They take care to participate in special events open to parent participation. On the days they cannot attend, they do not demand that other parents do not come.
  • They leave and pick up their children according to the starting and finishing times of the school.
  • The school does not make announcements about their private topics in whatsapp groups.
  • They do not defame or insult the school teacher or the school administration in whatsapp groups created for the school or in different groups, the institution and the teacher. If they have problems with the teacher and the school, they present this to the school in person-to-person meetings or in writing.

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION RULES


  • They provide educational materials that students and teachers need in the education process.
  • They take care that the school is clean.
  • They submit students' school records, attendance and absence schedules to the National Education Ministry.
  • By holding weekly meetings with students, they provide support in matters needed in the operation of the school.
  • They ensure that parents are fully informed about the educational status of the students.
  • They communicate with students who do not obey the class and school rules and inform their families. They look for common solutions with the family.
  • They coordinate school trips.
  • They pay close attention to students who cannot adapt to the school and contribute to facilitating the adaptation process.
  • They completely fulfill the security and maintenance systems of the school.
  • They fulfill the school's responsibilities to official institutions.
  • They get in touch with domestic and foreign schools and make joint projects.
  • They check that the teacher and other staff are doing their jobs completely.
  • They organize three meetings for parents at the beginning, middle and end of the semester, and provide information on all school activities and students' progress reports.

SCHOOL CLEANING RULES


  • The school garden and school is cleaned regularly every day.
  • Inside the school, children wear separate school shoes.
  • Visitors wear shoe covers.
  • School toilets are cleaned on an hourly basis. Regular “how to use the bathroom properly” trainings are given for children to use the school bathrooms cleanly.
  • The desks and tables used in the school are wooden products. Plastic materials are not used in the school.

RULES FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR PETS


  • The coops of pets behind the school are cleaned regularly every day.
  • Pet vaccinations and care are done on the day.
  • The eggs of the chickens are collected without waiting.
  • Animals are fed regularly every day under the control of the gardener.

PARENTAL COMMUNICATION RULES


  • After the student registration is made, whatsapp groups with school teachers are created separately for each class by the school administration. The purpose of these groups is to make general announcements of the school.
  • Individual requests are not made through Whatsapp groups. These requests are sent directly to the teacher or parent relations department.
  • Parents do not invite the teachers and staff of the institution to out-of-school activities organized among themselves.

RULES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS


  • Students make the preparations determined by their teachers on special events. Parents inform the school management how many people they will attend the event. During the activity, each student is given a task.
  • Parents do not comment on the lack or excess of roles and tasks assigned to children. They know that the show is presented with a team spirit. The classroom teacher accompanies the children instead of the parents who cannot attend the performances.

RULES FOR SCHOOL NUTRITION


All parents are informed on the school's food menu every month via the website and e-mail. Meals are cooked in the school kitchen. No kind of ready made or store bought -packaged food is allowed on the school premises. Children who cannot adapt to the food menu can bring meals prepared by their families at home. However, the studentshould eat his food in a separate environment from his classmates. Students and parents do not request a change in the food menu determined by the school administration. Students do not bring foods such as packaged cookies and chocolate. They can only bring fruit. During lunch time, students take their plates to their tables, take their food on the plate as much as they eat according to the open menu revealed, eat their meals using napkins and cutlery. They do not talk to their friends during the meal. They clean up the leftovers spilled on the table with their napkin after eating their meal accompanied by classical music. They leave no food in their plates and take their plate and cutlery to the dirty section. Students come to school in the mornings after they had breakfast at their homes.

DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ BEHAVIORAL MODELS


Focusing on 6 Values (Awareness, Empathy, Self-Confidence, Team Spirit, Creativity, Lifelong Learning) in student development, the aim is to develop solid-based behavioral models in children. Not only the teachers, but the whole team contributes to reflect these values in every behavior of children in the school.

EDUCATION FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN


During the registration period of our students, tests are carried out by our school counselor and class teacher according to the age group of each student. According to these tests, these special needs children can enroll to our school with a shadow teacher, if they are needed according to the reports of doctors and psychologists. The progress reports of our students are organized once a month under the control of our psychologist and classroom teacher and shared with their parents.
