Teacher; In my opinion, it is a guide that teaches small individuals who do not have any knowledge or experience about life to exist, struggle and succeed on their own. In this context, education should be in a way that will prepare our children for the future and enable them to gain the skills to continue their lives independently of their parents.

The information learned at school makes no sense, especially in young children, and is quickly forgotten. When the knowledge learned in school is applied and experienced in real life, then permanent learning takes place. Education based on rote-based studies to save the day does not serve its purpose. In addition to these, the teacher should know how to be a mother, father, brother, sister, sister when appropriate. The teacher should guide our children in the most efficient way by nurturing their vast imaginations, playing games, which is their favorite thing, and allowing them to apply the knowledge they have learned in real life. It should lay the groundwork for our children to enjoy learning by managing education in the most efficient way, with plans and activities that will take into account individual differences, interests and abilities.

According to me, education; Our children, who are the architects of our future, are academically equipped, aware of their interests, curiosities and needs, can take responsibility, can quickly find solutions to problems, trust the power of science, closely follow the developments in the world, have the habit of self-development and use their creativity, think critically, and freely exercise their rights against injustice. advocating, having humane and ethical values, trying, living, and most importantly, to ensure that they move forward happily for the future.
